Course Fees Hike Level 3 Photography Burton College

Just picked up the part time brochure, starring Rebecca on page 29.
Course fees for Level 3 C and G are £275 tuition £30 exam fee £67.60 Awarding body.

So £372.60

Last year was £242.60

This is a 53% rise.
Can anyone confirm or explain this?
